Ordered replacement cat flap as the existing one for our two cats was looking a bit tired. Cat flap arrived in good time and was pretty much an identical model to what we had so fitted very easily. Overall, service was excellent, cat flap arrived in good condition so happy to recommend Cat Flaps as a company based upon our own experience.
