Bought a cat toy from Catflaps. Communication was very good, confirming that my order was being processed and distpatched and when I would be likely to receive it. When more than a week had passed and I still hadn't received my order, I notified them by e-mail. They replied promptly, apologetically, and sent me another immediately, which I received 2 days later.
