Excellent service. Within 2 days of ordering, the cat flap had been delivered. That's commendable, the company do not 'hang about". I was very pleased it was exactly the same cat flap that we had purchased 15 years ago with the screw holes in exactly the same place as stated on their website. I suppose I could have just purchased the damaged flap singularly but, for the price of a new one, decided against this. The new one is lovely and white.
