Excellent service from CatFlaps.co.uk - we ordered a Staywell 715 small catflap to replace our old one of the same type. The price was very good, ordering was easy and Yodel's delivery was timely and went without hitch. Installing it was straightforward - the only fiddly part was shortening the supplied bolts to fit the depth of our back door (I would guess that it's unavoidable, as no two doors are exactly alike) and using a knife-sharpener to file the ends of the bolts so that they would go through the tiny nuts - not easy if you have big fingers! Aside from that, replacing the catflap has gone very well - many thanks to CatFlaps.co.uk for a great product and great service.
