I haven't fully installed it yet - we fixed it through a wall which was much thicker than we thought. Have done a temporary DIY job of making an interior passageway. Have ordered the extra parts but haven't fixed them yet. Cats can come and go as they please and are happy they have an exit/entry of their own.
