Good product which we have bought previously. However courier company let you down (Yodel). In tracking the item (as we were on annual leave so at home for the whole week doing internal DIY), it stated that the courier had attempted to deliver on 10/3/16 although no one either knocked on the door or left a note stating they had arrived. I went out at 1640 hrs.You rang and spoke to me at 1252 hrs on 11/3/16 asking if I would be as the courier had tried to deliver the previous day. I advised that we would be there all day. Once again no one arrived or left a note. In tracking the item, it advised that the catflaps had been left with my neighbour. This was incorrect, it had been left down the lane with someone working in a house (so I did not know them). This course of action was down to the fact that the driver did not wish to come all the way up a lane that has a tight turning circle. I have raised a concern with Yodel direct but they did not give you good customer service. kind regards Wendi
