My cat managed to break the cat flap so I was in urgent need of a new one as we had a gap in the door letting all the cold air in. I placed the order on Monday morning and it had arrived by Wednesday morning so I was very pleased. It would have arrived even sooner, on the Tuesday, but there was a delay as it had been sent to the wrong depot, however someone from cat flaps rang me to explain the delay and let me know when it would be arriving. I would recommend using this company, quick and efficient service, very pleased
