I have been waiting for a response for nearly a week.
I ordered a product, received a text saying it was delivered. Nothing was posted, checked neighbours nothing was delivered to them.
When ordered, i didn't receive a tracking number.
Money has been taken out of me account, tried emailing CatFlaps and have had no response.
Not happy.
