I purchased a Microchip Cat Flap which was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, it was faulty. When I rang to say this, catflaps.co.uk promised to send another out immediately AND send a prepaid postage sack for me to return the defective flap. None of this "send it back and then we will replace" rubbish. The following day, (speedier than even advised) I received my new flap, which works perfectly. Thank you so much for excellent, speedy service. I would recommend this company and will buy from again. Professional, reliable and honest!
