I purchased a cat flap that was too small for the hole in the door (our fault for not measuring correctly). I called up and was told to send it back stating on the form whether I wanted a replacement or refund. I chose a cheaper (larger) cat flap and a refund of the difference. Within a few day I had received both. Amazing customer service and delivery.
