CatFlaps were great, good communication via email regarding the status of delivery but they need to use a better distribution company - Yodel are not good, they managed to deliver my flap to my holidaying neighbours despite it needing a signature! I telephoned them to find out where it was, they took my contact details but did not bother to get back to me (Hopeless!)
