I have never had such bad customer service in my life! Placed an order online for an item which was showing as in stock. Had a confirmation email. Then had No further communication. Delivery was delayed by 2 weeks and not one person had the decency to informe me. When I emailed I had the bluntest reply with no apology. No offer of a refund or partial refund. Not even a sorry! Then when the delivery did eventually make it (they use Yodel couriers) the box was squashed as there was no protective wrapping. Still not had a sorry.
Not had a further reply to my email or Facebook message.
Would not recommend and would avoid at all costs! Quick to take my money but not quick to resolve issues their customers have.
