My old flap was broken by a very forceful tom, leaving my cat, Betty very nervous as he could enter, eat her food and attack her at anytime. We fitted the new flap, which was very easy to do, and programmed it to her identification chip.
But she would only go out of it, not come in, she would meow at the door or window. I was worried that she would never use it. Last night she went out and I heard the flap go, she came running up the stairs with a very lively mouse. So now she can do it. Great product, thanks
