A Good product but early days to truly judge. Cat very nervous about noise so didn't like the clunk that is generated as the microchip activates the catch. This cause the cat to back out from the tunnel instead of passing through. After a lot of patience the cat was persuaded to come in. Strangely the cat is now more hesitant to use the cat flap to exit which has caused a few incontinence issues ! It might be that the flap he is used to has a ledge for him to put his paws on before he pushes the flap to exit. His problem is that this product has a smooth and flush face with no ledge. As I say - early days and the technology seems to work well, A quieter mechanism would help.
