Service was quick and the price was very competitive. My only reservations are with the product as we have to replace the cat flap regularly (2 years this time) due to failure in the electronics. I feel it is likely to be in the motor and do not understand why there is such a poor record on this type of cat flap. Modern day electronics should do so much better. Please do not tell me to switch to another model as his majesty is too old a cat to be learning new tricks, and it works really well AS LONG AS IT WORKS!!!
