Ordered a Petsafe microchip cat flap to replace a manual one. Another cat getting in at night. Had checked with manufacturer and they offered to supply direct with 20% discount, but CatFlaps.co.uk still cheaper. Arrived next day, but proved not to work with our cat's chip, probably because of it not being positioned in the normal place. Messaged CatFlaps and they agreed to refund straight away, supplying a Freepost address. Have now ordered an infra-red cat flap from them in the hope that this will solve the problem. Excellent service all round, price, delivery and customer service.
