I ordered a containment dog fence and two 250m remote trainers. The delivery arrived 20 hours after ordering, but one remote trainer was missing. I reported it and received a reply immediately that I would receive it the next day which I did. Good service is not that things always go right, but how they are addressed when things go wrong.
Brilliant customer service, just wish others follow your example.
