Helpful customer service as I wasn't sure which replacement flap I needed for a 10 year old cat flap. Prompt email reply with a photo saying "if your cat flap looks like this, you need a...". Initially, I thought ordering and despatch service very poor, until I discovered their emails had gone to my Spam folder! in fact it was pretty prompt! All fitted now and the wind has stopped blowing through the hole in the door.
