The delivery was great and very speedy. I had bought the microchip version of the catflap partly because a review had said it fitted exactly in the space of their previous one. I was replacing a magnet-operated catflap. Unfortunately the fitting wasn't exactly the same - the spacing of the screw holes were a few mm different which is quite a difficult distance to make new drill holes. Please make Petsafe aware of this.
