Arrived quickly and fit easily into the same hole as the old cat flap of the same make. Early use by our cat was problematic. After programming the cats chip it sometimes took up to 10 seconds before the sensor picked up the presence of the cat. Other times it triggered straight away. Over a day or so the cat has got used to it and it seems to be working OK. Good to see next doors cat walking away the last two mornings because it can't get in!!
