The aluminium dog door was of good quality and of ease to fit, our only problem was our pvc door which has mouldings on it we had to drill extra holes into the frame of the door which worked fine. 2 hours later and plenty of silicon due to having to slice off mouldings it looks fine and it has been put to good use by our very boisterous dog. If you don't have a flat door be prepared for it to take time to fit.
