ordered replacement flap for petsafe dog door, order never showed up,
contacted by e-mail regarding this, and mr rob howe sent out a replacement
by courier on 24hr delivery, received that item, still no sign of original one ordered.
lost in post I assume, but as said company very quick to sort this out,
and very pleased with product sent,, highly recommended..
