The sourcing of the part i needed on the site was good, the notification back on tracking the progress was good, but the actual delivery took a little longer than i expected. From placing order to receipt of goods was 5 days, this might be because we are in a country location 18 miles outside Aberdeen.
Otherwise the whole process was good.
