item was sent immediately but went missing with the courier. Master Plastics acted immediately informed and chased up the delivery which was eventually forwarded, having been opened
I feel Master Plastics did everything they could to ensure their package was delivered promptly and actioned everything the minute they were told things had gone wrong.
