I can't vote this company anything less than excellent in my opinion. Very helpful on the phone, easy to place the order n very efficient customer service (this was via email) whereby I replied to my confirmation email and it was actually a valid return email address; gent gave me an estimated delivery date, which was spot on and even wished me a merry christmas. Very rare to actually have decent customer service. They were excellent, so unusual these days. Will recommend to all my animal loving friends.
