Great item. We have two cats. The female got it straight away but our male cat wasn't happy at all even though he watched our other cat use it!!
We have put it on to training mode at the moment and although he iwas reluctant at first he is using it fine but of course we are his minions and he likes to have a door opened for him still !!!
Really pleased with it and would recommend it.
