Although the site states up to four day delivery, my delivery for Cat Mate liners x 5 sections, took just two. Very satisfied. However, as a general comment about cat flaps in the wall (cat flap also Cat Mate but not ordered from this company), once the liner sections are in ( which are very good and slot together easily and well), the cat flap (which must be on the outer wall) is so far away from the inside of the house that having cat flap in/out controls is more or less useless as so hard set them from such a distance when you have to reach your arm into the 'tunnel' from inside the house!
