I contacted "CatFlaps" via their website to confirm some technical detail (item is to replace an existing, but discontinued, model), and they responded promptly with clear information, and a link to correct replacement model. Item ordered and arrived within two days. Cannot fault such service.
And, considering the item to be replaced is some 20+ years old (had to replace the flap insert once, but now completely broken by an over zealous cat), if the new one lasts as long than the product cannot be faulted either.
