Ordering was very straight forward, however when my order was delivered it was the wrong item and delivery note. On calling the company the lady I
spoke to was very helpful and quickly resolved the problem posting out my item first class, that i received the next day and enclosing a freepost envelope for me to return the incorrect item. Excellent customer service and that is sadly rare nowadays. Thank you.
