This was my second Petporte, the other having lasting a good 9 years and I went straight for a direct replacement. It was easy to order, delivered on time and the product itself has been improved aesthetically in the last 9 years. Thankfully the product and all the drill holes were in the same place. Assembly was fairly easy. Initially the flap didn't swing easily, but this was solved by loosening the external screws slightly, so now cat and owner are very happy.
