I bought this new cat flap to replace my 15 year old original magnetic one that just stopped working. It was relatively easy to fit, however I did need to use a piece of wood to pack it at the bottom as this door is 25mm shorter than the original. My two cats found the "tunnel" for entry a little daunting, they've got the hang of it now and it only took about 24 hours to used to it. It's a good sturdy door with a very clear view for the cats, much more robust than the previous door, I'm really please with it.
