The service provided by the company was excellent. Delivery was very rapid and well packed.
I am not overly pleased with the cat flap as although it is fitted with draught strips they do not touch the sides of the frame. This causes a draught problem. The flap does slide sideways but this simply closes down the gap one side and increases it the other. I feel this is a design fault and cannot see how this sort of error occurred. Not sure there is a fix.
