Excellent company to deal with. Great communication and fast delivery of my order. Unfortunately, because i was trying to replace an existing cat flap that had been fitted very close to the bottom of the door frame I was unable to use the product. Catflap.co.uk were very helpful in instructing me on the return process and refunded my money quickly. I will use them again and will recommend them to friends.
