How good is a company? this you can only find out when things go wrong.
When I placed the order for 2 cat flaps of the same type, I was inadvertently supplied with 2 different models. One phone call and within 12 hours I was in receipt of a replacement. This, in my opinion, is how a business should be run. I would recommend without hesitation.
