The call centre is really difficult to deal with when there is an issue. In my case, multiple people didn't seem to understand my issue (faulty part, if part couldn't be replaced I wanted a credit). They claimed I had received stock that was never sent, and claimed I had complained about that also. Very bizzare and frustrating.
