Have generally had fair service from this online store, but recently things went bad! Ordered an item from their Nifix (Overseas) supplier. They sent the wrong item. We proved this to them with photo evidence and a complaint. We asked for the correct item to be sent but, instead they offered us a $5 "discount". We insisted that the correct item to be sent. This was answered with an offer of a $10 "discount". They had the timerity to suggest that we could "give away the wrong items as presents to friends!" In exasperation we opened a dispute with CashCom and subsequently our full payment was refunded. All-in-all it took three long phone calls to get things done. One wonders how they view the frustration and inconveneience this shabby service causes clients!

CouriersPlease from Catch is deplorable and cannot be trusted. Their service is lengthy and unacceptable (48hrs turnaround became 2 weeks). Catch ought to change its courier before they lose their business. Any courier service competitor could do better. Anyone can do better than CouriersPlease. They are loosing customers fast!

The website has my personal details and yet each trip to the checkout requires another fill in of name address etc usually not required on other sites when PayPal is selected Totally bloody infuriating. So glad I found these reviews. They are dumped

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! PATHETIC COMPANY! ILLITERATE, DUMB, RUDE, ARROGANT AND UNPROFESSIPONAL STAFF! I bought a gas lift double bed via their website in Jan. It was delivered on time but when we opened the boxes, we found some serious assembly issues and we immediately reported the issues by creating a video showing the issues and requested for an immediate return and refund. However, they have been very uncooperative since the day I submitted the return request. I called, messaged and emailed them 1000s of times but didn't get much help because all their staff seem to be completely illiterate, dumb, rude, arrogant and unprofessional!!! I strongly believe that don't understand English much, especially looking at their responses because they can't even comprehend any emails and messages. They made the issue worse by lying to the courier company that I'd already sent the package back which delayed the whole thing significantly. It took me more than a month to get this rubbish bed picked up from my place after all the calls, emails and messages continuously for a month. Had I not put so much effort and energy into sending it back, it wouldn't have been picked up ever!!! All the parties involved in this matter i.e. Catch.com.au, the seller (Daily Plaza) and the courier company (Hunter Express) have been extremely pathetic through the whole process of returning the package. The seller (Daily Plaza) and the courier company (Hunter Express) were also pretty terrible with horrendous communication. They kept delaying the pickup for over a month and the Catch staff was equally responsible for this blunder. Their staff also seem to be completely illiterate, dumb, rude, arrogant and unprofessional.

Be aware . They are scammers Receipt OZ W3560 27-2-24, I ordered a DCP - 1513 Brother Printer on Catch website 5-3 24 , OZtoner delivered a MFC -181 Brother Printer. Catch and OZ toner has no rights to take my money and delivered me a printer I did not order. I insist Catch nad OZtoner credit $229.95 back to my credit card immediately.

I recently ordered furniture from Catch.com to be delivered to my new home in Melbourne. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. Delivery Delays: The furniture arrived significantly later than the estimated delivery date provided on the Catch.com website. This caused major inconvenience as I had recently relocated and was without furniture in my temporary accommodation. My old parents and pregnant wife had to sleep on the floors for many days. Communication Issues: While contacting Catch.com customer service, the responses felt scripted and impersonal. They repeatedly stated they would contact the seller (Daily Plaza) and get back to me within 2-5 business days, which wasn't helpful in resolving the immediate issue. Furthermore, despite my pleas, they refused to provide direct contact information for Daily Plaza, making it difficult to follow up independently. Shipping Issues: Upon arrival, the furniture was delivered by Hunter Express and simply left in the front yard without any notification. This was concerning, especially considering the drizzle that day and the potential for damage. Fortunately, the furniture sustained minimal damage. Overall Experience: The entire experience, from delayed deliveries to limited communication and impersonal customer service, was highly stressful and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend Catch.com for furniture purchases due to these issues. I strongly advise potential customers not to consider Catch.com for furniture purchases, especially if timely delivery and responsive customer service are crucial.

Bought a bubble Balloon for grandsons for Xmas. Photo shown on advert was not true to product. Balloon didn't last 24 hours before it popped. Absolute easy of money. Would not purchase from Catch again.

Absolutely scammers. Don’t trust Catch. They are rude, send wrong product, then take days to reply. Sent me a picture of delivery, I never said they didn’t deliver. They sent wrong product and after getting me to send back incorrect item they are now asking for a barcode. How can I give a barcode when they know the item has been sent back. Just thieves who take advantage of customers.Company needs to be shut down.

Made a purchase in July 2023 from a CATCH seller called AU PRODUCT. When it didn't arrived I contacted the seller. Found out it was sent to a real old address in the CATCH system, even though I had provided my current address at the time of sale. And I paid with PAYPAL, which also lists my current address. AU PRODUCT suggested I travel to my old home, an hour away, and door knock. I said no. Then they said they couldn't help me and I should contact CATCH. So I did. CATCH said there was nothing they could do and suggested I read their Terms & Conditions. Bottom line, I paid for an item on CATCH, I received nothing. Look, if they had simply admitted the error and offered something like a discount on a future purchase then I would have been a happier customer. Mistakes happen, I get that. But I just got fobbed off.

I bought a clear case for my new white galaxy phone. Instead of sending me a clear case, they sent me a tinted case that makes my phone look grey. It is their fault and their mistake. To send it back the postage cost becomes mine $7. And I paid $4.99 for the postage of the item initially. In all I am out of pocket of $11.99. Their mistake, the onus should be on them, I should not have to pay for the return. I will never buy from them again; they don’t own their mistake. Stay away.

They don't offer refunds, only store credit. Shipping is through the roof, I purchased 2 items (2x small 18cm tall fake hydrangea arrangements) and delivery was $95. I wish I was joking. I only make the purchase because I didn't want my store credit to go to waste. The prices in general are also very high, you can get the same items elsewhere for cheaper. I will never make the mistake of buying through Catch again and warn anyone reading this not to as well. I basically threw $165 in the bin.

I had purchased an item on the 4th of May it is now the 18th the delivery service that catch are using couriers please have cancelled my delivery 3 times between the 9th and the 18th I have spoken with customer service 3 times and have requested a refund which I am sure this is not going to be easy will never purchase any items through catch again!!!!!!

Items arrived with some broken. I followed instructions. Sent photos. Have never heard back. Tried to follow up with no success. Would not use Catch.com.au again. Wasted my money.

Purchased a diesel heater last month LCD monitor doesn’t work properly sent a few emails, sello sent back a video that doesn’t solve my problem and thats the last thing l heard.WILL NOT deal with Catch again.

I purchased a $100 retractable hose reel from Catch two years ago. At the time, they were offering free shipping for joining their One Pass program with a free one-month trial, so I decided to sign up and cancel within 30 days to take advantage of the offer. I used a credit card that I don't normally use for this purchase. However, I recently discovered that Catch has been charging me a monthly fee for the past two years, even though I had cancelled the One Pass service immediately after signing up as I had no intention of using it. I contacted their customer service team, which is located overseas, and they assured me they would contact their IT team and get back to me. However, I received an automated email response within 5 minutes, using a template that claimed they had no record of my cancellation. I consider this to be fraudulent behavior and plan to report it to the ACCC for investigation. I was not even aware of this matter as Catch does not send invoices every month to notify their charges. I have not used Catch since my initial purchase two years ago and have wasted over $100 due to their wrongful charges. I caution others to steer clear of their One Pass service to avoid similar issues of unauthorized charges on their bank statements. It's important to regularly check your bank statements to prevent being billed for services you did not intend to use.
