I bought a e300 razor scooter for my 10 year old after researching it and thought i would get in early for xmas, scooter was left outside my door in plain site when 2 foot over would have been unseen. Xmas comes I've charged it up and am shocked at how slow it is i thought it may need time to wear in..after a week no improvement. , i noticed two of the foot plate bolts were worn, this leads me too believe its a refurbished unit, i rang got a returns number RMA number is 9998011170755. Was asked how i would like to see this matter turn out but this is no guarantee how it would be, i answered refund or replace/or supply correct motor and part refund. Few more days past still nothing now it wont even charge, i bought this scooter for my 10 year old autistic girl for xmas from catch not a on line seller. Ive sent a request for a update, no response..i presume im going to have to post there junk back at my cost, but i think i will buy her a alidi scooter and catch can go bugger off as i will use every platform available to me to review my dealings with catch, catch can jam there scooters and anything else they funtastic or toys r us sell.. it wont take back what should have been a great xmas present but i will make sure catch know not too take a dump on this Australian, she is so disappointed, it was clearly a con to get rid of old stock or refurbished stock, how the hell does a 250 watt motor get into a e300, its my opinion unless i change my mind that catch is a complete con, I do have Australian consumer protection and will see how that pans out..i will also go on talk back radio and have a wah wah there as well. I will also advertise my dealings in the local paper for free, i will make a youtube video of the scooter and my dealings with catch,com.au then i might go too the small claims court after i contact consumer affairs' i might even visit there warehouse just so i can do a google review on google maps the bunch of in my own opinion con artists who are just above pedophiles but below used car sales men, you bet im upset at catch.com.au this has been a truthful review by jason taylor, the opinions in this review reflect my opinion at this time and maybe forever, so to the

Don’t recommend paid for an item on special waited for a month after numerous phone calls and emails was told item was no longer available yet it is still for sale on the website .After more phone calls and emails a refund was finally given. Worst first transaction ever.How does the company still exist with such poor customer service.

Ordered a pair of swimmers, got sent the wrong size. Rather long protracted process of getting an email sent to me that contained the return address. Sent the incorrect product back only to be sent exactly the same incorrect product back to me as a replacement! Unbelievably poor customer service, takes up to five days from when you submit a complaint for a return address to be sent to you and then at least ten days for the returns centre to process the return. I have never dealt with such a shonky company. Sadly due to the two months that have gone by I now can't get the item anywhere else due to it being sold out. I'd rather go without than try my luck with Catch again. Here's hoping a get a refund rather than a store credit as I won't be using them again. Oh, and they advertise a LIVE CHAT feature, I can't for the life of me figure out where that is and I'm pretty computer savvy. Avoid with a barge pole for peace of mind.

The worst customer experience imaginable. Ordered for Christmas, in November, advised dispatched did not arrive. Followed up multiple times, directed us to delivery partner who had no record of tracking number. Eventually found out order was lost and they would not send a replacement. Then refunded money to a cancelled card even though requested in writing for a different refund. Now they have made it our responsibility to follow up with the bank for the refund. Hours of time following up, still no refund and no wine fridge. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER.

Bought a Hyundai Power Station from one of their sellers that appears 'used' on arrival. Was willing to overlook this if it did its job but then lo and behold it was faulty. The returns process has been an absolute nightmare, the seller keeps canceling my return request without explanation and Catch is not doing anything about it.

be aware of fraud!!!! Be careful before getting the club catch subscription. they have changed the setting so automatically will charge you for a year instead of a month and won't refund your money. their customer service is horrible

I was not sent an item I paid for and the process to resolve something so simple was over complicated and deliberately difficult. I will avoid this company in future. Zero care for the customer but super keen to take the money.

I've purchased several ( actually quiet a few purchases) from Catch, ranging from cosmetics and fragrances to homeward and other items, all of which have been at excellent prices. I've NEVER had any type of problem, my packages arrive fairly quickly and I'm kept up to date regularly with the shipping/tracking process

These guys can’t get anything right. Wrong product supplied later than expected. Then they said they had no stock left despite then still showing 4 in stock on there web site. Dishonest and untrustworthy!!!!

Ordered a Christmas present for my nieces only to be told a month later that it's not in stock and won't be available for delivery until mid-January. Then took 2 weeks to process the refund when I asked to cancel the order and missed the Christmas delivery when I ordered another item elsewhere.

Ordered some groceries and when it arrived everything was just chucked into one big box, no padding/ bubble wrap meaning multiple boxes were broken. Laundry powder box split and powder went everywhere.. Musli bars box broken and went everywhere.. Very disappointing!!

would like to give no stars - what a joke...... Ordered a Christmas tree on 2nd Dec with 2day delivery. Item was "in stock" and stated in the description not to worry about delivery dates as these items were reserved for catch.com.au purchasers and would be delivered within 2day... Low and behold - 14days later i receive email saying sorry order refunded as no longer available = ruined Christmas for family and two little girls who don't have a Christmas tree and questioning will they get presents.....

Placed a order for clothing..waited a month..contacted Catch..no response,emailed again..response was ,we will look into it,then got told sorry it’s lost in the post we can refund you. Emailed again,no response,resent it,response was we refunded you..this is so disappointing ..first and last time I’ll deal with Catch,such a bad experience which I’ve never experienced from any other company.

Terrible Returns service, Free delivery of a Spa, the spa seams to be faulty, Catch wants me to return the spa to them at my cost.! FFS. $140 freight.! These people are terrible to get hold of. Product review is not permitting reviews unless you sort things out with them first. Joke. do not buy from them.

Very bad service Only part of the bed delivered and unable to cancel the order as what advertised Unable to get effective customer service response I have to sleep on floor while waiting for their super slow response Also they delivered other customers order to me…

My poor mother order the grandkids Christmas presents from you guys. Everything is ruined it was all damaged and wet the lava lamps were smashed. My mother is on a pension and is very upset because of the money she spent and the results. To not shop with this company unless you want damaged goods that you can't even use.

I placed an order and went to collect from kmart and it didn’t recognise my barcode Tried to contact Catch and got a message thank you for asking for a copy of your invoice !!! Not what I sent Sent another two emails no response Tried to call no response It was a gift too Not impressed at all
