My poor mother order the grandkids Christmas presents from you guys. Everything is ruined it was all damaged and wet the lava lamps were smashed. My mother is on a pension and is very upset because of the money she spent and the results. To not shop with this company unless you want damaged goods that you can't even use.

I placed an order and went to collect from kmart and it didn’t recognise my barcode Tried to contact Catch and got a message thank you for asking for a copy of your invoice !!! Not what I sent Sent another two emails no response Tried to call no response It was a gift too Not impressed at all

Didn't have my product in stock even though they claimed to have after 2 weeks still hasn't left their warehouse. Would have been better off buying on ebay. Will never deal with this dodgy company again

Check properly before you proceed with your orders. Delivery Fee is way too expensive!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Be vary careful using this site. I used the free delivery option when browsing for items I wanted to purchase. I clicked on the items [from one of there suppliers ] which also had ‘free delivery’ in its advert. On checking out I was charged delivery fees. Being naive and thinking this was simply a computer glitch I proceeded to order the items. I contacted catch before purchase to alert them to the issue and subsequent to my purchase. Lovely coutious response But basically it’s not there issue. It’s there third party supplier. Totally in breach of consumer law so I’ll be pursuing them. Clear arrogant deceptive and misleading advertising with a ‘we care ‘ but quite frankly they don’t.

Purchased a Fitbit Charge 5 in late September. Never arrived. Catch blamed me! Aus post advised that my purchase was never scanned by Catch. My fault? Really? Requested Catch fix their error, alas no response. Never again. Shame on you Catch

A FRAUD COMPANY !!!! I purchased a TV cabinet. In the Ad. they said simple assembly required. But whe it came, came with 31 pieces ofwoods and198 screws, bolts and nuts and some other assemly (I do not know what). Not a clear assembly instruction. Missing screws as I could not complete the installtion. I ask Catch to take back the item and refund. But they send the following terms: 1. Box not opened. 2. Catch will not refund the deliver fee. 3. I have to pay and arrnage to send the item back to the supplier with my own cost. Basically I paid $270.00. Item $199.00 and delivery $70.00. If I return this, I have to pay $100.00 and recive $99.00. That is also not sure as we already opened the box. Absolutly terrible customer service ever with no accountablity. Now nearly one month I am fighing with this supplier. You can't call this supplier. No telephone number available to speake. Worst customer exprience 0/10. Order number #C46673855-A Still I am fighting for full refund and it is almost impossible with this supplier. Why should we pay for the incomplete product deliver charge and return charge? Now I am writing this matter to Fair Trading and Australian Competition and consumer commission (ACCC) for them to step in for full refund.

WORSE experience ever. Beware, DO NOT USE Catch.com.au! Bought an item 6 weeks ago, still waiting for it all to arrive. The seller sent half the purchase, has not told me when they'll send the rest of the purchase. Catch.com.au were useless, no help at all in solving the issue, tell me its not their problem,

They sent the wrong item twice and I've been waiting a week already to hear back from the returns and refunds team. When calling customer service, they say there's nothing they can do, just have to wait and hear from the team.

A dishonest organisation. Bought a TV that costed $1000 and it broke down after 10 months. Tried to put through a warranty claim and they tried to get out of their responsibility. The TV'S screen is black when being turned on and they said that I have damaged the TV therefore warranty is voided. An absolute joke. For such a brand they are trying to cheat consumers over a $1000. Will bring this matter to Consumer Affairs.

I bought a brown swing chair with black cushion and paid $900. They delivered a grey one. Messaged them dozens of times and they ignored at first, then they kept saying someone would contact me. I lodged a paypal dispute that they also ignored for 2 weeks. Then rather than come and collect the incorrect item they delivered, they expected me to somehow post back the wrong item at my own expense, an item that is 120cm ax 200cm. How on earth is anyone supposed to do that. I will never purchase from them again

I have ordered from Catch many times in the past and had no issues. BUT - recently we purchased a $100 dog bed for our sweet boy and when it arrived it was not the bed we ordered. It was one that was half the price.. I immediately contacted them to figure out what happened… they took weeks to get back and said I needed to open a return claim. I did that, and got a message another week later that I would have to figure out how to package the large dog bed (that arrived vacuum sealed and has since grown 4x the size) find a box large enough and send it back. At that point they will look over the dog bed and check their warehouse for the one I ordered to see if it’s even in stock and it could take another couple weeks for them to get back to me. Yeah, no. I called their customer service with my issues, if they want the dog bed back- they can schedule a courier and supply a box and pick it up. I have wasted so much time contacting them ver the last month - I just want the bed we ordered or a refund!!!! Never ordering from them again.

Waited weeks for delivery, no delivery. Was told they they follow up and come back to us in 3 days, week after, no reply. Called back again was told it would be escliated. Was told that as its been dispatched they cant refund as we requested. Was told we would need to wait until it was delivered back to them before refund could be considered. Have not heard back. SO, they organized delivery, it didnt arrive after almost a month, then they say they cant refund until their delivery company delivers back to them. Still waiting for an update from them. Cant re-buy until we get a refund, cant get a refund till they get the product back, cant get an update on the product as its with their delivery company. They wont return our emails.

I used Catch when it first started - literally selling one item per day (just like Zazz.com.au used to) Over time as it has grown, the 'bargains' are not really anymore. The site has become too bloated with third-party garbage. The link with Ebay doesn't help, as Ebay is now 99% Chinese garbage (was a better place back in 2002), and Catch is seemingly headed the same way Shop around elsewhere. Catch is no longer the bargain basement it once was. The fact they advertise everywhere now means you're paying for that too indirectly.

READ the return policy...you can't open the parcel. No return if you open the parcel. Crazy return policy... . I never buy again from Catch.
