Have generally had fair service from this online store, but recently things went bad! Ordered an item from their Nifix (Overseas) supplier. They sent the wrong item. We proved this to them with photo evidence and a complaint. We asked for the correct item to be sent but, instead they offered us a $5 "discount". We insisted that the correct item to be sent. This was answered with an offer of a $10 "discount". They had the timerity to suggest that we could "give away the wrong items as presents to friends!" In exasperation we opened a dispute with CashCom and subsequently our full payment was refunded. All-in-all it took three long phone calls to get things done. One wonders how they view the frustration and inconveneience this shabby service causes clients!

I have been a customer of Catch for several years . No complaints until last 6 months ago, on 3 occasions have not received part of my order so obviously not been packed . Customer service seems to be slack in helping as well. I think another company has bought company. Until 6 months ago they were very reliable and if there was a problem they sorted it quickly. Still have been waiting for a refund and still not received. very disappointed , such a shame, great company before I probably won' t bother ordering anything in future. I do not wish to go through this everytime i order from them.

Ordered some groceries and when it arrived everything was just chucked into one big box, no padding/ bubble wrap meaning multiple boxes were broken. Laundry powder box split and powder went everywhere.. Musli bars box broken and went everywhere.. Very disappointing!!

Lately almost every product I order arrives either broken, or missing items or wrong product altogether. Looks like they are dropping their standards and hope to get away with it.

Catch sold an item, which is sourced from a third party. The cost was higher than from the third party store itself. Postage charged was for Express Post. Parcel arrived via standard mail, i.e. about $6 cheaper. Overall paid about $15 more than if bought from third party store. The item has been superseded by a later version. The outgoing version sells about $25 cheaper. Lesson: buyer beware. Do NOT deal with Catch. Look around, Catch is not cheaper, even though it widely advertises as such. Lesson learned!

I bought a Flight X scape 2.75 Bicycle from Catch. Two days later got a message from the delivery company my bike was on the way, will some one be at home or can they leave in a safe place. That was okay,someone was at home. A day later I receive an email from Catch my bike purchase is being processed. Wow!!!. The same day I took the front wheel of bike to bike repair shop to inflate same as I could not inflate the front tire. No problems with back tire. The bike repair found that the inner tube in the bike had a tear.Called Catch Customer Service, spoke to Don, who requested a picture of said tube which I did. Got reply from Customer Service 48 hours later to contact the manufacturer. I replied, no I am not calling the manufacturer, as I paid Catch and not the manufacturer. I have sent numerous emails since and have not received a reply as yet and it is gone over a week. My next step is to call my credit card and request a refund as I have not been given a working product and my request for assistance has been unanswered. It can be done as Credit Card companies have a duty of care to the consumer.

There pricing is very bad and they don’t know if there stock is sold out or not the price jumped from $99 to 109 in a hour when I called up I was told is was because they had limited stock when I saw it it was $99 not $109 and I had it in my basket man was so angry with him I ask to speak to his manager and he wouldn’t put me through

I purchased what was advertised as a pair of genuine Australian made Opal Ugg boots. I received them in a reasonable time frame, but they did not bear any of the Authenticity tags attached, AND the 'merino' wool really felt like more of a scourer!!!! I sent a review to catch and the response was really quite rude... I sent screen shots of the authentic Opal Ugg boots to them and suddenly their response softened and they explained they save costs by getting products from over seas... But then I questioned WHY proclaim to be Australian made, WHY advertise them as 'Opal ugg boots' AND why make out the buyer is saving money if you are basing it off the price of an authentic product!!!??? Their response slightly softened and they said someone would follow it up for me... I won't hold my breath, it's already been weeks. I tried to review the product pre purchase, but seems it is not possible on their site?? I have since purchased a pair of Ugg boots from Emu Australia... They have arrived and are SOOO soft warm and have the expected 'genuine' tags attached.... I won't use catch again!
