I bought a Flight X scape 2.75 Bicycle from Catch. Two days later got a message from the delivery company my bike was on the way, will some one be at home or can they leave in a safe place. That was okay,someone was at home. A day later I receive an email from Catch my bike purchase is being processed. Wow!!!.
The same day I took the front wheel of bike to bike repair shop to inflate same as I could not inflate the front tire. No problems with back tire. The bike repair found that the inner tube in the bike had a tear.Called Catch Customer Service, spoke to Don, who requested a picture of said tube which I did. Got reply from Customer Service 48 hours later to contact the manufacturer. I replied, no I am not calling the manufacturer, as I paid Catch and not the manufacturer. I have sent numerous emails since and have not received a reply as yet and it is gone over a week. My next step is to call my credit card and request a refund as I have not been given a working product and my request for assistance has been unanswered. It can be done as Credit Card companies have a duty of care to the consumer.
