Catch doesn't let customers add reviews after they purchase! So where do the reviews come from??? I couldn't I bought a Garmin S2 scale, that was complete garbage it stopped working after 3 weeks. There's no facility in catch for me to provide negative (or postive) feedback so where do the customer ratings come from??? Who knows???

Bought a handheld vacuum cleaner,however vendor sent me second hand (used one) I’m trying to return it and now almost a month ,due to poor customer service vacuum is still with me.avoid this site,some sellers are doggy.

Catch.com keeps taking the One Pass money from my creditcard. I try to cancel and it says "We are unable to process your request. Please try again later." So basically they are stealing my money without an option to cancel. I'm going to ring my credit card Co and stop the payment. This is illegal. I will also report this to the ombudsman.

I bought a chair on catch, thinking that it was a reputable company. The chair they sent was faulty, it has big metal bars digging into the back. So I contacted the company and tried to organise a return, letting them know the issue. I was given the run around and after about a month of trying to return the chair, they just flat out refused. I was genuinely surprised, it's been a long time since I was scammed like this, I didn't expect Catch.com.au to be like that but after reading around, there are many other stories like this too. Of course, product review and other sites allow catch to pay to remove the bad reviews, but don't be fooled. Catch can send you junk, even faulty products and just keep your money. Good luck getting anywhere with consumer affairs. Companies like Amazon etc. do returns no questions, catch, they take the money and run. Don't fall for their scam like I did.

Terrible service, market place seller sent wrong product, not as described, will not respond to return/refund request, their phone number is not in service. Catch sent one request to the seller, and now Catch won't respond to my emails. How could they allow this seller to be on Catch. Never buy from a catch Market seller, and just dont use Catch at all.

Appalling customer service and bad quality products. Beware of the “marketplace” as you will have NO support and be given the run around. Rude customer service who don’t care.

I ordered a Lego set for my nephew's 6th birthday through CATCH. The product was photographed to look as though the finished product was a massive transformer! Upon delivery, it was a small box measuring approx 30cm and we paid just over $70 when the same item at KMart is $25! Emailed CATCH to query the item and its size etc... customer service was terrible. They said they would not refund, and in the end, offered a refund but we had to pay the freight. So, in the end, we wore the cost of freight both ways in order to get some money back. We may have lost out but on principle, they can have their tiny overpriced lego set returned!

Do not buy anything from catch . I bought a Sony Xperia from catch.com through a third party becex the phone was a lemon they refuse to exchange or refund the phone as the phone was deemed unrepairable from the service centre they told me to send it to. They will not give me a refund as the phone is under warranty buyer beware do not buy from catch. They are a dodgy company .

Be very careful with catch they say sign up FREE delivery then there second party they buy from charge you POSTAGE also it’s NO FREE DELIVERY!!!!!! Sorry no more catch for me!!!!!👎🏻

Received a damaged computer desk..was offered part refund..Never received it...tried to complain via Catch ..they kept saying my emailaddress was invalid.. Im contacting ConsumerAffairs now

I ordered a clothes rack and when it was delivered both end of carton and ends of product inside were damaged I took photos and you can clearly see the damage. I did not open to see if rest was damaged as it states if opened can not be returned . It was supplied by anther company and they and catch kept asking for more photos. Don’t know why when the damage was obvious Both catch and the company refused to do anything stating I did not send more photos. The first email sent stated they could see the damage and was sorry and offered me 20 dollars compensation What RIP OFF Don’t buy anything from them they are dodgy and will tip you off I asked for refund and take item away and they just kept going in circles about the photos !! Stay clear of them !!!

I found the staff so willing to help. They went out of their way to assist me and my bench cushions arrived very quickly. I was very impressed with the high quality customer service. The bench cushions were very reasonably priced and look terrific!

Cancelled my club catch subscription. They continued billing me without me noticing unfortunately. They refused refund. It was obvious I cancelled. Never visited site for 14 months and no purchases in that time. Practically everything they sell I can cheaper elsewhere.

Ordered item a month ago and has either gone missing or not delivered. I've managed to get item elsewhere and want to cancel this order and get money back. Way too long even with delivery problems. Not happy.

Asked through the Custer service for a copy of my invoice for an item that had not arrived. So I could check my emails for the seller, first I’m asked if it arrived without the invoice but two copies of another orders invoice, then refused to supply unless I confirm my address so they could follow up. I did not ask them to follow up, I asked them for the invoice

False and misleading advertising. I purchased an item that was marked as an on sale item, however the item was the actual retail price. Completely misleading and false advertising - I've just submitted a case with The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Extremely poor customer service following this up as well.
