This company is a flagship for other vendors only - 3 orders and they part ship everything you can expect 10 deliveries for your order, everything comes in part shipments so you need to micro manage anything you order from this mob. Several times now I have been short shipped items and need to follow up with the company. Im over there deliveries and backorders... half the stuff they are just the middleman for they are not supplying so they dont know if or when you get items. There delivery systems are so convulted.. too much bother for deals that are really not that competitive anyways. Look elsewhere my advise unless you have time to micro manage your orders on this companys behalf.

I purchased a car charger and came in with no bracket to be attached to the air outlet, the customer service first insisted the charging cables were the “bracket”, when I pointed out “again” it’s the charging cable, she asked me if I could get a bracket from a local hardware store, this is ridiculous, customer should be paying for the seller’s mistake? I started shopping at catch from 2013, never gonna shop with them anymore!!!

Catch.com.au is either a scam or totally incompetent. Avoid them like the plague. I bought a PlayStation steering wheel from them on 21st September and got an email on 24th September saying it had been dispatched - all good so far. Then the waiting started. After a week I used the link in the dispatch email to see what the status was and it just said "Ordered". No ETA, no status updates to say where it was - the first big red flag. I looked through the FAQs on the site and it said I had to wait until 30 days after dispatch before I could contact them - the second big red flag. So I waited, and waited, and waited, and nothing arrived. Eventually it had been 30 days so I looked on the website for how I could contact them about it. There was a graphic saying "call" but no phone number - the third big red flag. Finally I found a button at the bottom of all the FAQs (none of which helped me with an undelivered order) which let me send them a message. I got an email saying my inquiry had been received and also "As messages are addressed in order of submission time, duplicate or multiple inquiries will lead to your message being pushed further back into the queue. This will therefore cause delays in responding to your inquiry. We kindly ask that you refrain from sending follow-up requests". In other words, don't keep messaging us when we don't respond or we'll take even longer to respond - the fourth big red flag. This was on 26th October. On 1st November I finally got an email saying they were looking into what happened to my order. On 2nd November they emailed to say they'd asked Kmart (who it turns out were the actual retailer) to look for it. They said it could take 3 days to do a "full store search". Six days later - 8th November, nearly 7 weeks after I placed the order - I hadn't heard anything so I contacted them again. They emailed back same day to say that Kmart couldn't find it so it was "lost in transit", they'd refunded my money and - here's the real kicker - "Given the unfortunate circumstances and inconvenience caused, I have applied a $10 credit to your account as a gesture of goodwill". Wow, a whole ten bucks which I can only spend on Catch.com.au, that makes me feel SO much better. So after 7 weeks of waiting I'm back where I started, except that I now can't get the wheel from anywhere else because in the time it took them to admit they'd lost my order every other retailer has sold out of it and it's been replaced with a crappy new model. Instead I have to pay an extra 50% to get the next model up which will take another 6 to 8 weeks to arrive (but at least the website told me that when I bought). I once worked for a marketplace website like Catch.com.au (no, not Amazon) and even though our customers weren't technically buying from us, by hosting the retailers on our site we were vouching for them. That meant that if something went wrong the buck stopped with us, and that didn't mean just throwing the customer's money back at them and giving them a pathetic amount "in their account". Catch.com.au is aping Amazon but falling at the lowest hurdle: actually getting the customer what they ordered. I won't make the mistake of trusting them again.

i ordered a phone from catch, delivery was delayed and delayed and delayed. just got ridiculous. i ended up cancelling the order. i got on e bay, ordered the same phone for cheaper, it was delivered in 3 days!!!!!!! estimated time of delivery with catch ended up being a month. i really dont see how this is possible???????? one month for postage in australia??? i will never use catch again.

I was about to buy 2x iPad Mini's for my kids for christmas. Thanks to these reviews, i'm not going to catch.com.au to get them. Your pain and suffering has help me this time..........

Ordered a cubby house for Christmas, stock was available at the time, to now be advised they cannot get stock. This is an absolute disgrace and false advertising and to wait weeks and weeks for them to advise this!!! Don’t trust Catch that they can fulfill your order

I called the contact number on Catch's website (1300 222 842) and it is false - it is a building company. Catch states my product was dispatched but my order number is not recognised when I go to track it. No way of tracking product. It seems to be a SCAM !!

I received poor quality products that I am wanting to return. However they are not accepted as return as I opened the packaging. Item is unused and in original packaging but the outer shipper box is opened.

bought a chair, it was unusable as the chair had big metal support bars across where you sit, and thin material covering the chair. Laughably uncomfortable, hence unfit for purpose. Catch refused a return, refund, anything. They had my money and that was it. They can send you anything, you just end up stuck with it regardless. Buyer beware, this website is really bad, they stole my money.

Unfortunately, my experience with Catch and their seller Find Sports was extremely disappointing. I would give zero stars if that was available. The Catch ad was for two bike tyres and two tubes. I received only one tyre. Upon raising my concern I was told this was an advertising error despite the fact that this ad remained on the site for several weeks after the issue was raised. Catch/Find Sports advertised the goods (offer) I accepted the offer and I paid the requested amount (consideration) - all the elements of a contract. Catch said I should go to the trouble and expense of returning the tyre. Absolutely no understanding of customer service was displayed and a fundamental lack of understanding about consumer law.

When I ordered a 6 piece lounge aettin from Catch.com I expected what I saw in the photograph. Instead I received around 70 pieces of timber a larger number of screws, etc. and cheap and nasty cushions. Very disappointed to say the least. Very poor quality and false advertising. This SHOULD have been advertised as a KIT. The photos show what I thought I was getting and what I actually received.

Customer service are polite but USELESS. Couldn't give me a sure answer on when they would ship items. Only to wait 6 weeks and receive an email saying they were out of stock. Stupidly I have ordered from them again as a redemption round but alas, it's been a week and the order is still sitting on processing..

After ordering Thermal printer that was in stock was told after payment went through it was a 2 week wait until new stock arrived. After 3 weeks was sent email stating my printer was on delivery. After 2 months of back and forth with catch on their chat page being told all sorts of lies I then put in a complaint with Paypal. Paypal opened up a case and within a short period of time they sorted and got me a full refund. Would not recommend using this company and will not be using in the future.

I have been a customer of Catch for several years . No complaints until last 6 months ago, on 3 occasions have not received part of my order so obviously not been packed . Customer service seems to be slack in helping as well. I think another company has bought company. Until 6 months ago they were very reliable and if there was a problem they sorted it quickly. Still have been waiting for a refund and still not received. very disappointed , such a shame, great company before I probably won' t bother ordering anything in future. I do not wish to go through this everytime i order from them.

SLEAZY, SHIFTY AND SHONKY. Catch.com.au overseas call-centre customer service team are ever-so-polite but they will NEVER actually resolve an issue for you such as receiving incorrect goods (as happened in my case). Expect polite platitudes and "We're on your side" statements but even though it is catch.com.au that takes your money, they will do all they can to shift blame onto their 'sellers' and avoid responsibility. I caught them misinforming, omitting information and even lying. My advice is IF you're tempted to try out this so-called 'Australian' company then use PAYPAL to pay them because it was only through PAYPAL that I was able to FORCE a refund from catch.com.au who otherwise would NOT refund me and instead just gave me weeks of runaround. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SLEAZY CROOKS.

THIEVES!!1 NEVER signed up for anything - but this company have been debiting our account a few dollars monthly for years. Disgusting Corporate thieves. If you buy from them - watch them debit your account. EVERY MONTH!!!! You've been warned.

Purchase a Samsung flip phone from catch, which came from a third company supplier sky phonez. Warning ⚠️ scam faulty products no customer service or reply to emails. The phone is faulty screen does not light up or open when you flip to open or open phone to answer calls. Contact sky phonez direct who give you an overseas number that does not connect. Warning catch.com.au and sky phonez are a scam sell faulty phones as new and don't provide reply customer service refunds. Scam scam Warning avoid catch.com and sky phones. Fraud faulty 0 stars 🌟 will report to ACCC.
