I ordered a Xmas tree on 11th December but Xmas has been and gone and no Xmas tree even though they have my money.
I have an email with order number and proof of payment but when queried they say thy cant find any record of order number. I would now like my money refunded but they do not respond to calls except by a machine. Total chaos at that organisation.
