We bought two Monvelo bikes that to were advertised as an excellent option. The delivert took two days, when we used them for the first time we noticed that the quality was very poor. We had many issues with the gear as it wouldn't shift easy, causing the chain to fell of several times while riding it. The suspension didn't bounce at all, and the bike.seemed to be stuck which appeared to be a tension problem of the brakes and the gear. We contacted Catch and they contacted Sello, the provider.. We received a very frustrating and rude answer from Sello as they Suad it was our "perception". Catch emailed us saying that that will try to negotiate with their but nothing happened. Catchy stopped replying our emails they did nothing about it. Safer to spend more money in a shipping instead buying things online that are bad quality, which you can't noticed when.you check the item in photos.
