I had an issue with the Cateye product and received a 2 line response back, that made no sense to me. I have reported this before. I also had several other questions on my inquiry that were ignored.
I can never get anybody on your phone, which is ok, but the direction on my Cateye GPS matter was negligent. I am going to take it to a bike shop to complete the installation.
