I visit Cato all the time in Springfield Mo off Kansas Expressway. I spend 100$ of dollars in there monthly. I will no longer be shopping at Cato at this location. I went in to shop on Sat 4/23/2022 about 230pm and the lady working was not friendly at all! She was mid 20s short shoulder length jet black hair .When I approached the counter to check out she never smiled or spoke to me and once she got my items tallied up i added a necklace choker to my items for one of my kids, she huffed and I heard her puff and she jerked the necklace aside when i handed it to her to ring it up. When she finished checking me out she still never smiled I told her god bless you and have a nice day! Still no smile or any response. This will be my last experience of bad customer service at this store. I'm in customer service myself and the actions I received from this employee were unprofessional and unethical.
