For the last 3 years I have received a gift card for Cato's from my son. I understand that they are financially strapped. When I went to the store in Callaway Florida they told me that their gift card system has been down all week. I called the corporate office and they have no resolution. This is crazy. I think purposely holding the funds because their financially tight. You mean to tell me in our entire week's time there is no resolution to all of the other moms who may have gotten a gift card from Mother's Day. And I spent an hour picking up my clothing just to be told that I couldn't use it. They need to post that on the door before people waste all day looking for clothing. I don't believe that the gift card system is down. Never again. Going forward I will tell my son to not include Cato in my gift cards from Mother's Day.

I have to rave on Alexia and Haylie at store #00512 located in Millington, TN. Alexia was so patient and went above and beyond to help me get old gift cards I had that didn’t have a pin #. She called every number she had on file and finally got my GC situation resolved. Haylie has a bright and happy smile. They both compliment each other as they work. I will definitely be going back to this location and hope they’re there to help me pick out my outfits. Highly recommend this place for fabulous customer service.

One of the workers there is very rude with her coworkers and customers. She is nice whenever the manager is around but when there are people there of a different race and the manager is not there, she is very rude. She is the short older lady that works there.

Good day to whom this may apply. I love Catos fashions. I only shop here until recently. I'm currently serving at a APO AP shipping address. And I'm now denied access to the website to shop because I do not have a United States address. We are soilders and civilians that love Catos and now are denied without any estimated timeline as to when the website will be made available to us. Can we please receive an ETA?

Amber at the Burleson Catos was so polite and helpful she went and found the skirt I was looking for my wife in a wheel chair she said she would hold it till I go there this afternoon, amazing customer service, nothing like the one I just call off Cooper st in Arlington and had to deal with a store manager having a bad day. Nothing!

I placed an online order and I was charged twice by CATO. I called CATO Customer Service, explained the issue and I received Poor Customer service in return. I was told to take the matter up with my bank and they couldn't do anything to reimburse the charge even though she could see where they charged me twice. So, I say to you. If you don't have a CATO charge card and or not shopping in store don't order online because they will double charge your card.

Employee Shar in the Stockbridge GA store is very polite and very patient with customers and helpful. My friend and myself was there until closing and was not rushed to cash out at all.

As an employee of this awful store, this is THE WORST place I've ever worked!!! Before becoming an employee, I never even shopped here. They are very cheap in EVERY aspect of this company. I'll give them about 3 years and they'll probably have to close more locations. This is a sorry company to work and to shop for these cheap ass clothes that shrink or rip when you wash them even on gentle cycle. Then they want you to do things that they're not paying you for. Whoever reads this, do yourself a favor and don't shop here or try to get employment here!

THE ASSOCIATE NAME TAMMY IN YOUR WHIEHALL STORE IN OHIO WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAD A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE AND WORKING IN RETAIL MYSELF IT WAS NICE TO HAVE SOMEONE WHO CARED.

The manager is RUDE!!! She kept staring at me then kept moving from side to side on the counter like I was gonna steal something I want for preparation and I’m not gonna be treated like this. You need to find a new job. You’re a freaking cow.!

We visited the Hattiesburg store today. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. There was one specific employee, Corita Allen, TSM, who went above and beyond to assist us. My husband was with me, and as I was in the dressing room, Corita assisted him in finding the correct size and fit. She offered advice as to which fit I would like. She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. Her smile and willingness to help was an attribute to this store experience.

I went in to Cato, to find a new outfit for My class reunion. And I noticed a corset that was cute. I asked who I thought was the manager Eat people actually bring back underwear and she said yes. And laughed about it. I said something about not buying that here. But I get by the corset as it doesn't touch any Private body parts. It was too big and I brought it back for return. She informed me at this time that she couldn't take it back because I had taken the tags off, Oh, even though I brought them with me. When I questioned it, she got pretty hateful about it. She said she told me underwear has to have the tags on it, But she did not tell me that. Besides this doesn't touch private parts. It doesn't touch as much as a bathing suit does. So it's been laying in the backseat of my car in the bag for about a month now and I don't know what to do with it. But her whole attitude was ugly. Of course, while I was spending hundreds of dollars to buy a new outfit, her attitude was outstanding! By the way, I've noticed the last couple of years.The clothes you are selling are atrocious. They're just really ugly, and they look like something out of a bargain barn. I've been buying my clothes from cato.For about twenty years And if you looked in my closet, that's all you would say. Cato clothes and purses. So I have watched the quality. Of your clothes go downhill to the point you can't find a decent dress. Without weird frills and ruffles and florals, and it's just ugly stuff And I guess I'll have to find another place to buy quality clothing. And now, apparently, you're selling children's clothes. So that means we're gonna have to put up with people's children in the stores while we're trying to shop! There are plenty of children's clothing shops.We don't need them in Cato! We've always been able to shop quietly and undisturbed, but now other people's children are so badly behaved. That's just f y i.

Steer clear of the manager (Michelle) at Cato in Concord Commons, Concord NC. When asked for a simple explanation of the a return slip she had a complete meltdown, stormed off into the back room and refused to help. She is volatile, hostile, rude beyond belief.... a customer standing next to me even tried to help out. Michelles behavior was so outrageous and unbelievable. NEVER GIVING THIS BUSINESS ANOTHER DOLLAR.
