I called customer service to help me understand why I had a payment of $4.24 payment due date 1/23/2024. The customer service representative (Makiya) was very unpleasant to speak to. I could not hear her and had to ask her what she said twice, she had an nonchanlant attitude. I asked her what was her name and she said it so low and didn't want to repeat it. When getting off the phone before I could say Thank you she hung up the phone on me. When asked to speak to manager she said she was at a meeting everytime I called back.
