“ Staff ignored my arrival, never asked if I. needed anything . Seemed to be bothered that I was even there. Asked if the dressing rooms were locked, waited a while for the clerk to show up. Bought several items and ignored my request for an emailed receipt. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Catos. Customer service is a skill set this team doesn’t appear to have. Wont ever visit the the Ambassador Caffery Store again. ”
