Bought several items and ignored my request for an emailed receipt. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Catos. Customer service is a skill set this team doesn’t appear to have. Wont ever visit the the Ambassador Caffery Store again. ”

“ Nice store in Crestview, FL. There's lots to choose from. That's the nice thing but sadly it's so hot in the store right now until it's unbearable to look at what they have. I contacted customer service a few months ago and there's still no air-conditioning. I would like to shop there but I won't be back until action has back taken or the winter time rolls around. There are a few other options in town now. ”
